Our new heavy duty gate allows multiple loading positions and can be raised and lowered in sections reducing the weight typically associated with heavy duty gates. This new option also provides more loading surface than a typical three ramp configuration. This idea was submitted by our dealer network and we have decided to make it available to everyone by creating a new standard option for all car haulers, standard goosenecks or 14k HD Goosenecks. New Colors at Load Trail

Load Trail proud to announce a recent partnership with  Sherwin-Williams, an industry leader in coating products, as our powder coat vendor for increased performance, reliability, and quality. Sherwin-Williams will be supplying their Powdura® Polyester TGIC Powder Coating for all Load Max trailers. This product is also GreenSure® which means these high performance products were designed and manufactured taking steps to reduce environmental impact and to meet or exceed the most stringent regulatory requirements.

With this new finish we have also added Kubota Orange to our standard color lineup and a few standard colors have slightly changed – most notably blue, yellow, and red. Please visit this page to see photos of the updated color choices. . Our liquid vendor has not changed, but the colors have been modified to match the new powder coating colors.

NEW and improved Tilt Deck Latch

Reduce your load with our new and improved tilt deck latch system. Our new tilt latch system features a fixed pull action safety pin to secure the latch system while your trailer is in transit. Plus, the new fixed pin design eliminates removable – so no more searching your pockets. The new system also features a single heavy-duty hook located under the deck of the trailer instead of the old system that consisted of two side mount latches. This will provide for one sided deployment instead of having to walk around both sides of the trailer to unlatch two latches. How to operate Latch:
* Open valve only on Gravity Tilt Decks
* Disengage action safety pin
* Push lever up or down until spring pin is secured
* Lift deck up and load or unload as needed

DV & GV - Low-Pro Dump Trailer

Now Available at Load Trail – the Low Profile Dump Trailer. We are now adding the Low-Pro Dump trailer to our product offering. This trailer is different from our standard dump trailer in that the loading deck is 7” lower! This means easier loading and unloading of equipment due to a decreased approach angle. The bed is still 83” wide and 10k – 14k GVWR’s are available. All of our standard dump features are on the low-pro model including our standard battery charger and standard E-Z Lock tarp system at no additional charge. H08 - Multi-Purpose Dove (Three Positions - One Option)

Introducing our new multi-purpose dove tail, another innovation from Load Trail. This new option combines three popular options into one integrated package. Easily fully deploy your ramps without the hassle of traditional slide-in's. Extra length of the dove tail provides less steep incline and lower approach angle to assist in loading low clearance equipment and vehicles. The flip-over ramps allow you to utilize the entire deck area. Stand up ramps allow you to load equipment longer then the flat decking. Self cleaning dove design helps improve traction and also stays free of debris in nearly all conditions. Extra wide extended (flip-over) ramps leave only a 3" gap allowing you to load equipment of virtually any width. Spring assisted ramps make deployment a breeze.
