By registering this manufacturer’s limited warranty, the
dealer states that he/she has informed and explained to the purchaser
all the limited warranty and claim procedures and will perform all
responsibilities of the dealer under this limited warranty.
The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read and understands
the owner’s manual and the limited warranty and agrees that
should any warranty claims be made by the purchaser, then the purchaser
will follow the procedures as described on the warranty claim procedure
form.
